Part Time - Student - Behavioral Research Lab Assistant
Job Description And Position Requirements
The Behavioral Research Assistant (RA) position manages the daily running of research studies in our computer lab.
Job Duties
- Keeps studies running on time
- Launches links
- Resets computers
- Takes attendance
- Enforces rules
- Coordinates extra procedures when needed for a unique study (e.g. providing additional instructions during the study, distributing extra supplies, measuring time to walk a distance, setting people up for subliminal priming studies, etc.)
- Works either independently or along with the researcher and keeps the lab manager updated on any issues that might occur during the course of a study
Background Checks/Clearances
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
