Part Time - Store Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly assistance and greeting customers.
• Maintaining proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions through stocking, cleaning, and rotating products.
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all store areas.
• Minimizing shrinkage by resolving price discrepancies promptly.
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Supporting other departments and participating in store-wide promotions.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail store operations is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail, courteous customer service skills, and the ability to read and differentiate products.
• Physical ability to stand, reach, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate various equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales.
• Preferred experience: 0-2 years in retail.
