About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring patients receive necessary medical services.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
