PART-TIME STAFFING COORDINATOR - NURSING DEPT.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring patients receive necessary medical services.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
