Part-Time Spanish Teacher

About the role

Links Academy offers one-to-one, flexible instruction for middle and high school students seeking personalized learning. We hire teachers who are kind, flexible, and understanding while being experts in their discipline, helping students stay on track and thrive in a college-preparatory program.

Responsibilities

• Help 6th through 12th grade students build confidence and mastery in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish through fully individualized instruction.
• Design lessons that connect language to students' personal experiences and goals, fostering engagement and a lifelong love of learning.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that values creativity, independence, and student growth within a flexible, college-preparatory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in World Language Education, Spanish, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience teaching middle or high school language.
• Teaching certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating meaningful, personalized learning experiences for every student.

Qualifications
