About the role

This part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-informed, person-centered care plans for patients in the Clark County WA area, with potential to float to East Portland. They collaborate with patients, support systems, and multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings, respecting patient self-determination and reducing care disparities. The role involves applying theories related to lifespan development, neurobiology, and behavioral change, adhering to ethical standards and practice guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with patients, support systems, and healthcare teams
• Provide treatment, interventions, and advocacy aligned with best practices
• Respect patient autonomy and promote equitable access to care

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License and Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
• At least 2 years relevant social work experience
• Strong understanding of behavioral health concepts, cultural competence, and ethical practice
