Jim Montgomery Swim School (JMSS) – North Dallas Area
Approximately 10 hours per week. More hours available if needed based on projects.
Pay
$20–$25/hour based on experience
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of lessons, events, staff, and students throughout the week
- Create engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Schedule and post content from home
- Aid in marketing projects, promotions, flyers, and other creative needs as assigned
- Help maintain and grow JMSS’s online presence and community engagement
Requirements
- Strong photography and/or videography skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Flexible schedule with availability to come in at different times during the week to gather content across all of our programs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Creative eye and ability to capture fun, professional, family-friendly content
- Experience with Canva, editing apps, or social media scheduling tools is a plus

Our paid training schedule is flexible to help with those employees who have school and other obligations and we will take you every step of the way.
