Part Time Site Manager
Provides flexible, part-time support for the daily oversight of swine production operations at assigned site(s). This role is designed for individuals seeking consistent responsibilities with adaptable work hours, typically requiring approximately 20–30 hours per week, with an estimated three hours of work per day across a seven-day schedule. Work hours are flexible and may be adjusted to accommodate personal schedules while meeting the daily needs of the site.
About the role
This salaried, non-exempt position helps ensure high standards in animal care, environmental management, biosecurity, and production protocol compliance while completing site activities accurately and consistently. Employees are required to clock in and out for all hours worked and are eligible for earned leave benefits only.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily animal care, feeding, watering, and environment monitoring.
- Support site-level sanitation and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as directed.
- Uphold CF's biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare standards.
- Respond to alarm notifications.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; some college in Agriculture or Animal Science preferred.
- 1 year of swine production or livestock experience desired.
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn company policies and practices.

Pay
$12,000 - $48,000 per year
