Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Communicate effectively with drivers
- Identify and locate products using pick lists and signage
- Utilize FIFO system
- Guide trucks for safe loading/unloading
- Learn additional shipping and scale house duties
- Adhere to safety policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Forklift certification
- Ability to read pick lists
- Ability to lift up to 76 lbs.
- Ability to pass physical and fit-for-duty tests
- Ability to work outside
- Ability to occasionally work overtime, including weekends
- Ability to think quickly on your feet
Skills

Knowledge of railcar unloading, Trackmobile operation, and railroad safety is a plus.
