Part Time Shipper/Receiver

Medihill was formed in 2011 in Philadelphia, PA. We are a North America provider of Medical Alert Services and Telecare, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life by offering advanced home and away care solutions for those who wish to live independently.

About the role

The company is looking to add a part-time technician to their growing technical team. No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This role offers flexible hours (20-35 hours per week) and is ideal for students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship orders
• Deliver equipment locally when needed (car is provided)
• Create and ship orders
• Accept returns
• Troubleshoot devices over the phone or in person

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to organize data
• Valid Driver License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
• Ability to interact professionally and courteously with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Computer literacy skills
• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow a scheduled route
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must be reliable
