Part Time Shift Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily store operations, including opening and closing event activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
• Act as a resource and point of support for team members
• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to engage customers
• Provide education on products to support purchasing decisions
• Prepare and cook sample items as needed
• Set up and break down demonstration carts, equipment, and supplies
• Perform food safety, sanitation, and daily safety checks
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Interact with customers, team members, and store personnel

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
• Ability to prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment
• Ability to support event setup and breakdown
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a retail environment
