Responsibilities
- Aid in daily store operations, including opening and closing event activities
- Promote adherence to safety, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- Offer support and guidance to team members
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling sessions
- Provide information about products to assist with purchasing decisions
- Prepare and cook sample items as required
- Ensure proper set-up and breakdown of demonstration carts, equipment, and supplies
- Perform food safety, sanitation, and daily safety checks
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Engage with customers, team members, and store personnel
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
- Capable of preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment
- Skilled in supporting event setup and breakdown
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compliant with all safety procedures in a retail environment
