Part Time Shift Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily store operations, including opening and closing event activities.
• Promote adherence to safety, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Provide support and guidance to team members during shifts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to engage customers.
• Educate customers on products to support their purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and cook sample items as needed.
• Set up and break down demonstration carts, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform food safety, sanitation, and daily safety checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Interact with customers, team members, and store personnel.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Ability to prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment.
• Ability to support event setup and breakdown.
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a retail environment.
