Responsibilities
- Aid in daily store operations, including opening and closing events
- Promote adherence to safety, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- Offer support and guidance to team members
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to engage customers
- Provide product information to assist with purchasing decisions
- Prepare and cook sample items as needed
- Ensure proper set-up and breakdown of demonstration equipment and supplies
- Perform food safety, sanitation, and safety checks
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Interact with customers, team members, and store personnel
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
- Able to prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment
- Able to assist with event setup and breakdown
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to follow safety procedures in a retail environment
