Part-Time Service Technician

About the role

The General Service Technician performs non‑technical automotive repairs such as oil changes, tire services, and basic maintenance tasks. They drive customers, pick up parts, and ensure shop cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tire mounting and dismounting, wheel balancing, oil changes, and inspections.
• Document vehicle conditions using company tools.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate vehicles safely on‑site and off‑site.
• Perform safety and emissions inspections where applicable.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least five days weekly.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Motivation and a passion for cars.
• Automotive experience preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
• Good vision and dexterity.
• Capability to work in varying environmental conditions with safety gear as needed.
