Role Overview: The General Service Technician is responsible for maintaining vehicle safety and performance through tasks such as tire mounting, balancing, rotation, oil changes, and light maintenance. They perform multi-point inspections, document vehicle conditions, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace. The technician must operate vehicles safely, pick up parts, and support team members with various tasks while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and basic automotive knowledge (preferred). A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and high school diploma or equivalent are recommended. Flexibility to work with Sundays off and Saturdays is preferred. Prior automotive experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Physical & Working Conditions: The role involves exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials, requiring PPE as needed.
