Part-Time Server/Captain

About the Role

Provide exceptional, personalized dining experiences by taking accurate orders, explaining menu details, and collaborating with the kitchen to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Greet and seat guests, present menus, share specials, and anticipate needs. Explain ingredients, check for allergies, input orders into the POS system, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely, appealing presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct satisfaction checks and replenish drinks
• Clear and reset tables
• Present bills and process transactions accurately
• Attend pre-shift meetings
• Support team during busy periods
• Adhere to safety, health, and gaming regulations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of serving experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Friendly and clear communication
• Basic math skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk extensively
• Navigate stairs, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in tight, potentially slippery spaces

Pay

$16.00+ per hour plus tips.
