About the Role
This position involves assisting with all dietary functions under the guidance of the Dining Services management team.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to residents and set tables in dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and production areas, including vents, fryers, ovens, refrigerators, and storage spaces.
- Bus dining rooms, send dishes through dishwashing, and wash pots and pans as needed.
- Organize clean dishes and put them away properly.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, dispose of garbage, and support other assigned duties.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- ServSafe certification preferred if required.
- No prior experience necessary; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
