About the Role
Serve as a Server in a luxury ranch's fine dining restaurant, providing exceptional guest service and supporting restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Answer guest inquiries about the menu and ranch amenities
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Confirm guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Process accurate guest checks and handle cash procedures
- Transport supplies and assist with restaurant setup/breakdown
- Foster a friendly, team-oriented work environment
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with a focus on guest service
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Previous customer service experience advantageous but not required
