Role Overview

This position involves welcoming guests, suggesting menu items, accurately taking and entering orders, delivering food promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide excellent service
• Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guest experience
• Accurately take and relay orders via POS system
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and check on guest needs
• Check back with guests, clear tables, and settle checks
• Adhere to food safety standards and ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements

• Must meet age and work authorization requirements
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for extended periods
