Part Time - Server

About the role

As a Server, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences at a premier golf and event venue, working in a modern, vibrant clubhouse with award-winning amenities and cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take and input food and beverage orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing requests or concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Process payments accurately and securely, handling cash and electronic transactions.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and daily service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or food service experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or entertainment venue.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order management software.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
