A Server Assistant is responsible for efficiently clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure smooth guest flow. Responsibilities

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for long periods
• Sweep floors
• Fold napkins and prepare silverware setups
• Assist servers with tasks such as refilling drinks and offering condiments
• Maintain safety standards and proper hygiene habits
