Part Time - Server Assistant

About the role

Maintains a neat and orderly dining environment within an F&B outlet, ensuring guest satisfaction through professional service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, serve food and beverages, assist with food retrieval and removal
• Handle guest concerns
• Set up and clean tables and stations, stock and polish serviceware, restock condiments
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably in F&B
• Ability to work independently, be friendly, professional, and multitask effectively

Skills

• Professional appearance, self-motivation, strong guest interaction, and coordination skills
• Must meet physical demands, including frequent reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This is a union position based on seniority
