Part-Time Senior Living Server

About the role

Server in a senior living community, responsible for meal service and related tasks to ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals, take orders, and assist with meal preparation according to dietary standards.
• Set up dining areas, deliver trays, bus tables, and pour beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and proper use of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff, acting as a liaison between residents and food service.
• Follow infection control, safety policies, and residents' rights policies.
• Support resident activity programs and participate in team meetings and training.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform related physical tasks.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively in a team environment.
