Part-Time Senior Living Server

About the role

Server in a senior living community, responsible for providing meal service and maintaining a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals, take orders, and assist with food preparation according to dietary standards.
• Set up and clear dining areas, bus tables, and deliver trays as needed.
• Pour beverages, assist with kitchen and dining room equipment, and ensure cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members, acting as a liaison.
• Follow infection control, safety policies, and residents' rights policies.
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Support resident activity programs and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, bend, and walk.
• Ability to relate courteously to residents and staff, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Must pass background checks and drug testing.
