Part-Time Senior Living Server

About the Role

Server in a senior living community, responsible for providing meal service to residents in a pleasant and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and assist with meal setup, tray delivery, and table bussing.
• Follow dietary standards, prepare foods, and handle kitchen/dining equipment properly.
• Communicate effectively with residents, relate menu items, and act as a liaison between residents and food service.
• Maintain cleanliness, adhere to infection control, safety policies, and dress code.
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting resident activities and participating in meetings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform necessary tasks.
• Ability to relate courteously to residents and staff, maintain a professional appearance, and follow policies.
• Must pass drug testing and background checks.
