About the role

The Part-Time Maintenance Associate at Go Store It Management is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and operational efficiency of storage facilities. This includes daily inspections, fixing minor issues, maintaining common areas, assisting customers, and preparing units for new tenants.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day to check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the property clean, including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working properly.
• Help customers on site when needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation are necessary.
