About the role
The Part-Time Maintenance Associate at Go Store It Management is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of storage facilities.
Responsibilities
- Walk the property daily to inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or other issues.
- Fix small repairs such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and basic painting or patching.
- Keep the facility clean, including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
- Turn over units after move-outs, sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for new renters.
- Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Assist customers on-site as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and handle tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
