About the role

The Part-Time Maintenance Associate at Go Store It Management is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of storage facilities. This includes daily inspections, fixing small issues, maintaining security systems, and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or other issues.
• Fix small things such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the facility clean, including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for new renters.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Help customers on site when needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
