Job Summary
Our Team
Taunton Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is a leading provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder. We offer a continuum of care including MAT, OBAT, IOP, and mobile treatment units. Our holistic approach includes recovery coaching, community outreach, and partnerships to support comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
- Assists, directs, and monitors all persons entering and leaving the Clinic property, including emergency vehicles and personnel;
- Interacts with staff and patients in a professional manner;
- Maintains surveillance of the parking area and lobby to prevent loitering or misconduct;
- Reports all concerns to the director immediately;
- Keeps accurate notes and communicates regarding admissions, visits, and deliveries;
- Performs light maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting, trash removal, changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, and performing repairs;
- Conducts regular safety inspections of monitoring devices and other safety equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred;
- Two years' experience in security, corrections, or military, preferred;
- Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer-facing setting preferred;
- Comfortable working in an opioid treatment program/recovery environment.
Compensation
Compensation for roles at Taunton CTC varies based on factors including location, role, skill set, and experience. A reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles in Massachusetts is provided.
