Part Time Security Agent

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Mansfield, MA. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with access control, visitor management, CCTV review, tours, and support site emergency response operations.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Accept an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• If required, have a state license.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $21.50 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

Set schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 7am to 4pm.
