About the role
Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Laundry Attendant to join their team at the Hotel Canandaigua located in Canandaigua, NY.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all linen/terry prior to loading washer and separate any stained linen for soaking.
- Load articles into washer insuring the proper amount is loaded.
- Sort and count articles to verify quantities on laundry lists.
- Report any maintenance related problems to the maintenance department.
- Maintain laundry area.
Requirements
This position requires a reliable individual who can perform tasks independently and follow instructions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Skills
Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and basic knowledge of laundry equipment are essential.
