Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Scan document from Car Deals
• Scan document from payables
• Second look all documents scanned
• Direct customers to the correct department
• Work cooperatively with internal office team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when needed
• Other duties as assigned
