Part-Time Scale House / Recycling Attendant position at the Wilkes County Landfill. This role involves overseeing recyclables and operating the scales at the landfill.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recyclables at the landfill
• Operate the scales for garbage disposal
• Direct the general public regarding proper garbage disposal
• Perform tasks requiring lifting up to 70 lbs

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to direct the public and manage landfill operations
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Schedule

• Up to 19 hours per week
• Possible additional hours as needed

Pay

$12.00 per hour
