Part-time Saturday and Sunday 1st shift (12hour shifts)

About the Role

As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you'll assist with receiving, sorting, loading, and moving packages throughout the warehouse and trailers. This is a physical position that requires energy, focus, and the ability to maintain a steady work pace.

Daily Responsibilities

• Load packages from conveyor systems into trailers by hand.
• Unload incoming trailers and transfer freight to conveyor lines.
• Scan packages and verify shipments using handheld devices.
• Sort boxes into the appropriate cages and designated areas.
• Move cages between staging areas and loading locations.
• Build organized and secure trailer loads.
• Keep freight flowing efficiently during busy periods.
• Follow workplace safety practices and proper package-handling procedures.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Performance-Based Earnings

Our compensation model rewards productivity. Employees are paid based on the amount of freight they process, creating an opportunity for higher earnings for those who consistently perform at a strong pace.

• Typical earnings: $16–$25 per hour
• Top performers: $25–$35 per hour
• Pay is based on trailers/cases handled. Increased productivity can lead to increased earning potential.

Weekend Day Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Two days per week
• 12-hour shifts
• Part-time position
• Additional weekday hours may occasionally be available

Successful candidates will:

• Be dependable and punctual.
• Be comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Be able to repeatedly lift and move packages weighing 5–50 lbs.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work for extended periods.
• Maintain a consistent work pace in a busy environment.
• Pay close attention to package handling and sorting.
• Follow safety rules and supervisor instructions.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Have reliable transportation to the West Jordan facility.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
