Schedule / Expected Work Hours
You can generally be expected to work 16 - 20 hours a week. Common part-time work schedules include:
- Weekday mornings or afternoons
- Weekends
- Evening shifts
Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling more customers into our on-site, membership based training program. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and provide informative tours of our facility.
Responsibilities
- Training demos: Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and enroll customers into our membership program.
- Prospecting: Book tours from a database of thousands of people who have registered for training but never completed the scheduling process.
- Nurturing: Follow up with prospects who did not sign up on their training demo to convert them into customers.
- Updating the CRM: Ensure the CRM is updated daily with accurate information.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree is often preferred, especially for sales roles in certain industries.
- Certifications: Industry-specific certifications can be beneficial.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for sales representatives.
