A Rooftop Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service in rooftop dining and lounge areas, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and provide attentive service
- Maintain thorough menu knowledge
- Accurately enter orders and serve according to standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
Requirements
- Effective communication in English
- Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical demands
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Carrying trays and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior hospitality experience (preferred)
- Customer service skills (preferred)
- Alcohol service certification within 30 days of hire (preferred)
