About the Role

Join a healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to providing personalized patient care and supporting clinical operations in a role that emphasizes equitable, patient-centered care and supports diversity and inclusion policies.

Responsibilities

• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EPIC)
• Assess and triage patient needs, offering solutions to care problems
• Coordinate care for cardiology and heart failure patients, including telephone triage, education, and procedures
• Manage care across the continuum and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards
• Identify departmental issues and suggest improvements
• Assess patient/family learning needs and implement education plans

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Washington State
• Current BLS/CPR certification and ACLS certification

Qualifications

• Preferred: BSN
• Preferred: 1+ years of RN experience
• Preferred: Telemetry or cardiac care experience
• Preferred: Nephrology or dialysis experience

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $29.00 to $52.00.
