About the Role

The RN House Supervisor is a registered nurse providing hospital-wide leadership to ensure clinical excellence, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental activities in the absence of senior leadership
• Manage resources, promote safety and quality standards, and foster effective communication among staff, physicians, and patients
• Provide leadership duties including coaching, mentoring, and ensuring team accountability
• Apply performance improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Manage emergency responses, patient flow, surge plans, and resource allocation
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and service excellence across the hospital

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Administration
• Active RN licensure (single or multi-state)
• BLS certification
