Responsibilities
- Develops and implements personalized care plans through the nursing process
- Advocates for patients and families
- Coordinates with healthcare teams
- Educates on health measures
- Demonstrates leadership, effective communication, and cultural sensitivity
- Maintains a safe, professional environment
- May perform point-of-care testing
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active licensure (RN)
- BLS certification
No prior experience required.
Skills
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, alert manner
- Physical capability for standing, lifting, and moving patients
- Knowledge of holistic, ethical, and legal care practices
Additional Requirements
- Physical stamina for frequent movement and patient handling
- Valid licensure in applicable states with required certifications
- Willingness to work night shifts
