Role Overview: Provides compassionate, high-quality inpatient nursing care in a fast-paced unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments and interventions. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.Deliver direct care through treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, evaluating their effectiveness.Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.Troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice initiatives, and contribute to unit decision-making.Engage in quality and safety programs to improve patient outcomes and departmental performance. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with the ability to provide comprehensive patient care and work effectively within a team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills are essential.
