The Part-Time Sales Lead position at Fabletics Retail's Woodfield Mall store in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a self-starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role involves leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and driving customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to Live their passion.
- Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge about Fabletics products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
- Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the shopping experience easy and valuable.
- Participate actively to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
- Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
- Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.
Requirements
- 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
- Prior retail management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
- Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
- The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
