Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Every day you’ll be at the center of it all. Your goal is to create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. You’ll use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options and helping them choose the latest devices and services that bring friends, families, and communities closer together.

You’ll be part of the community through in-store events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change will help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a consultative sales approach to guide them through their options.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions.
• Participate in community events and fill online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work a schedule between 9 AM–9 PM, including weekends.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.18–$20.31 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities. If all sales goals are met, you can earn an additional $13,700 in commissions annually. Top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Shifts between 9 AM–9 PM, including weekends.
