Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

Location: Hampton, VA (Coliseum Drive)

You’ll use AT&T’s full suite of products—from the latest devices to personalized services—to help customers and meet sales targets while earning commission.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer demands.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—training and coaching will be provided.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a dynamic retail setting.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.25–$17.65 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities. Meeting all sales goals can result in $13,700+ in commissions annually, with top sellers earning up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting pay may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• Shifts between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules posted 2 weeks in advance.
