About the role
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
- Filling online orders
- Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
Qualifications
- Earn between $18.48 - $22.46 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met
- Average of $30,725 per year in total compensation for those working 20-24 hours per week
- Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training

Pay
- Earn between $18.48 - $22.46 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met

Schedule

- Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance
