Part-Time Retail/Customer Service Associate

About the role

Flowerama is seeking part-time employees for day, evening, and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service and/or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in selecting and arranging flowers and gifts
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Follow store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Dependable and able to work flexible hours
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
