Part-Time Retail/Customer Service Associate

About the role

Flowerama is seeking hardworking, upbeat, and dependable individuals for various shifts including day, evening, and weekend positions. The Florist and Gift Store is looking for candidates with strong customer service and/or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers in selecting and arranging flowers and gifts
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Participate in special events and promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of floral design and gift selection
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
