About the role
Flowerama is seeking part-time employees for day, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for individuals with strong customer service and/or retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in selecting and arranging flowers and gifts
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to store policies
Requirements
- Dependable and able to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (optional)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
