Responsibilities
- Contributing to retail and service sales
- Enhancing guest loyalty
- Supporting omni-channel sales initiatives
- Delivering exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, personalizing interactions, and promoting products and services
- Handling customer needs such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders courteously
- Supporting retail operations by executing daily tasks, ensuring product availability, and completing operational processes like shipments and inventory management
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education/work background preferred
- Comfortable using basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
- Strong soft skills in customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability
