Part-Time Retail Ambassador - Broadway Plaza
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it.
Thus sections:
- About The Role: we have prose about role. Use
About the Role
then ...
.
- Responsibilities: we have Customer Experience and Operational Excellence details. Could combine into a list. Use Responsibilities
then - ... each bullet.
We need to preserve details: "Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer—a best in class service experience rooted in Rothy’s values—consistently embodying the brand through presentation, communication, and product expertise", "Drive personal sales and results and contribute to team goals", "Create lasting relationships with our customers by engaging in strong clienteling practices", "Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and service driven store culture by modeling collaborative, team focused behavior", "Execute assigned responsibilities accurately as part of daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness", "Demonstrate knowledge of store operations and policies, following established procedures and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance". That's six bullet points.
- Requirements: we have "You Are Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to fostering a welcoming, service driven environment:" then list of values: Embrace Possibility..., Obsess Over Innovation..., Make the Planet Proud..., Collaboration is Key..., 18 years of age or older. Also maybe "You Have" list includes experience, communication skills, passion, willingness, availability, physical abilities, dress code. Those could be Requirements or Qualifications. The spec distinguishes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Usually Requirements are things like experience, age, availability. Qualifications could be education or certifications (none). Skills could be communication, clienteling, etc. But we can map as:
- Requirements: 18 years of age or older, availability to work at least 16 hours/week with specific shift patterns, ability to stand/walk entire shift, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, safely use ladders and step stools, willingness to support operational tasks.
- Qualifications: maybe "Previous retail or customer service experience preferred". Could be considered qualification. Also "Passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals". That's more of a skill/attribute.
- Skills: "Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections", "Passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals", "Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team" (maybe duplicate). Also "Ability to uphold Rothy’s Experience by following our dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift". That's a requirement.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting has sections: "You Are Guided by Rothy’s values..." (values), "You Have" (list). We could treat "You Have" as Requirements/Qualifications/Skills combined. But we need to split into appropriate headings if content exists.
We could create:
- Requirements: bullet list of: 18 years of age or older, availability to work at least 16 hours/week (with shift patterns), ability to stand/walk an entire shift, ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 25 lbs, ability to frequently bending, reaching, stretching, and safely use ladders and step stools, willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team, ability to uphold Rothy’s Experience by following dress code (including wearing Rothy’s shoes each shift).
- Qualifications: bullet list of: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: bullet list of: Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections, Passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
But also "You Are Guided by Rothy’s values..." could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Values" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into Requirements as "Guided by Rothy’s values: Embrace Possibility, Obsess Over Innovation, Make the Planet Proud, Collaboration is Key". That's substantive. We could include those as part of Requirements or maybe as a separate "Values" but not allowed. So we could add them to Requirements as bullet points.
Thus Requirements could include both values and physical/availability requirements.
But we need to avoid too many thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But spec says we can have multiple sections; we should only include those with real content. We have content for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, About the Role, Responsibilities. That's many sections but each has substantive content.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics.
Thus we will output:

Schedule
Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) + 2 Non-Peak Days (Mondays - Thursdays).
We need to ensure we didn't repeat schedule info also in Requirements; we have it in both Requirements and Schedule. That's duplication but okay as we preserve all info. However we might consider moving schedule to Schedule only and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. But the spec says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in both places but it's duplicate. Might be okay but better to avoid duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but we could keep it only in Schedule and mention in Requirements that availability is required (but we already have schedule). To avoid duplication, we could keep schedule only in Schedule section and not repeat in Requirements. However Requirements currently includes availability bullet; we could remove that bullet and keep other requirements. Let's do that to reduce duplication.
Thus Requirements bullet list will exclude the
