Part Time - Restaurant Server

About the role

We are hiring Servers to provide excellent service in a food and beverage setting, ensuring guest satisfaction through menu knowledge and attentive assistance.

Responsibilities

• Answering questions and offering suggestions about food and beverages
• Accurately inputting orders into the POS system
• Preparing dishes such as salads, desserts, and beverages
• Anticipating guest needs and responding to requests
• Clearing and resetting tables between courses
• Balancing checks, accepting payments, and reconciling cash
• Performing other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• 6 months' experience in retail or food service (preferred)
• High school diploma (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and speak English fluently
• Customer service problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash and bills
• Food handler's permit and relevant certifications as required
• Ability to memorize menu items and operate POS systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in confined spaces
